It is corrupt and lots of the corruption has been created by the "WAR ON DRUGS". How do the drug offenders get all the drugs they want in prison? Who makes the profit? It's crazy that we have created a society full of felons. How can people be arrested and locked up in prison when the same thing is going on in the prison for profit. We need this WAR ON DRUGS STOPPED!
