Recession to Secession

Oh good grief I'm going to have to move ....
---------------------------------------------------
If you dismissed Glenn Beck's argument for seceding from the Union as the isolated ravings of a lunatic, think again.
In this video, Texas Governor Rick Perry wades into General Beck’s loony bin and declares Texas' sovereignty from the U.S, saying that the time has come to "draw the line in the sand" against the federal government. "No longer are we going to accept their oppressive hand in the state of Texas."

  1. Rick Perry Threatens Succession
Really? He must mean it or surely he wouldn’t said such a thing so publicly, On the up side, after Texas succeeds we can rename our state after the man who rescued as from the federal government & the other 49 wimpy states. How about “Perryland” or “Perryville”? Of course, we would have to forgo our post office, border patrol, social security, Medicare & Medicare, etc.
Mr. Perry will say or do anything that he thinks will get him a win, to heck with the needs of his constituents. Kudos to the 10 Republicans that joined with the Dems to force Perry to accept unemployment aid to our out of work families & prevent Texas employers from paying a “deficit” unemployment insurance tax next year. Mr. Perry needs to go. He is an embarrassment to our state & a detriment to our citizens.
