Election for the Cities of Grayson County May 9th.

It’s almost May & time to consider who will be worthy of your vote in the upcoming Municipal elections. As usual WannaBeBlue has a recommendation.

For all our friends in Denison: There is only one choice for mayor in your beautiful & historic city, Doug Hoover. Now you are not going to see a lot of yard signs saying vote for Doug, so be sure and pass this on to your contacts in Denison he need your help contact Doug here.

This goes under the heading "The Truth Hurts," when you support Republican politicians.

As virtually everyone knows the underlying theme of SO many Republican's is racial. Thankfully, the so-called solid south for Democrats who became Republican's after the 1964 Civil Rights Act showed their true colors of ignorance and left for the narrow minded bigotry of the Republican's. And if it takes that ilk to win, so be it. The reality is the majority of Americans AREN'T bigoted, as we saw in 2008 and will soon recognize any extremist who wins in 2010, has no sense of the common good and will lose in 2012.

Casey Comes Home to Fort Worth

Casey James One of the top 3 contestants on American Idol & WannaBeBlue's #1 Blues Man come's home to visit before returning for the finals on American Idol. Read the story and watch a video click here. Casey Jamey's next performance on American Idol is at 7 p.m. Tuesday on KDFW/Channel 4. Each contestant will sing two songs: a judges' pick (James learned during the AT&T store appearance that he'll be singing John Mayer's Daughters) and one of their own. Last weekend, Tea Party Patriots gathered in the Capitol and showered racist and homophobic abuse on Democratic Congress Members supporting healthcare reform.

One Tea Party protester called the former civil rights leader and current Atlanta Congressman John Lewis the "n-word." Another spat on Congressman Emanuel Cleaver, also an African-American. Another called Congressman Barney Frank a "f****t." Back in his Texas district, yet another Tea Bagger called Congressman Ciro Rodriguez a "wet****."

SIGN OUR PETITION to the GOP: "Apologize for your hate-spewing proxies in the Tea Party Patriots. It is not acceptable for you to build your party's political fortunes by encouraging and defending bigotry and hatred among your supporters."

The Party of "NO" Republicans vs The Party of "Wimps" Democrats

Anger is spreading across this country like wildfire, all aiming at the Democrats in control. The Tea Party people want to take over this country again. My question is How do you do that? I will tell you how to do it. You do it at the polls. You vote out those who have put us in this mess. You think it the Democrats? You think this happen since Obama took Office? You wrong!! Where have you been for the last 9 years This has been going on because we have leaders who have been in office for 5, 10, some 30 terms in office. Wake up Americans the trouble is in both parties. They will never vote 2 term limits for themselves, we need to enforce it at the polls. If any Incumbent has serve more then two terms get him or her out. If you continue to elected the problem over and over you deserve what you get.Why do you think many people in Washington are quitting. "Nothing is being done" This is not good for America don't you see it!
